Process vs. Result. Which is better?
The process is something that you’re in for the long term and is more successful. The benefits do not come immediately, but they are worth it. This would be especially useful for those experiencing anxiety and depression even though this is very difficult to handle.
The result is something that we all look for and want. We want the benefit immediately, but there isn’t much work or satisfaction involved. This path is what people use especially those with depression and anxiety even though this doesn’t help people get rid of those problems.
