You can’t essentially “boost” your immune system, but you can make sure that it is at 100% with getting all of your vitamins and eating healthy foods.
To pair that up with exercise and getting adequate sleep (7-9 hours) is important. Less sleep means you have less energy which means that you won’t exercise.
